How do you help me get more Google Reviews?
We send a super simple survey to all of your current clients and every new client you add. It doesn’t waste time asking for testimonials that won’t help your business. Great feedback goes straight to Google. Bad feedback goes back to you so you can take care of it before it lands on Google.
You can also send a survey to your clients with one click at any time to make sure every great experience ends up in front of thousands of eyes on Google.
What if I have more than one location?
Additional locations are $30 each.
Can I have separate accounts for each location?
You can. This might make sense if you run your offices independently of one another. Each account requires its own subscription, but pricing is discounted 30%.
How do I know what emails my clients will receive?
The Engage Plan includes monthly newsletters, holiday, and birthday emails. Every year we create a content plan and send it to you. You’ll see an outline of what’s planned for the year. You’ll also receive monthly emails with a preview of upcoming content.
And if things go haywire in the middle of the year (mmhhhmm 2020) we’ll adjust on the fly to make sure the content stays relevant.
I don’t run an insurance agency but still need Google Reviews. Can I use Renew King?
Yes! The Welcome Plan is suitable for any small business looking to boost reviews. The other plans are geared more specifically toward insurance agencies.
