Reporting Overview

Renew King has 3 basic reports on the home screen.

1. Active Customers – displays the number of customers in the system
2. Positive Survey Results – displays the number of positive survey responses you’ve received
3. Content Engagement – displays the number of “opens” and “clicks” from emails that have been sent in the last 90 days

For more in-depth reporting, you can click on “View more stat” from the Dashboard OR “Reporting” from the navigation panel on the left.
